• Chandler “SWAT” case: This highly publicized incident in February 2019, where Chandler police used forced entry, with guns drawn, into a Mother’s house to remove her sick 2-year-old son and his siblings. We succeeded in having the Children returned to the Parents’ care, and the Department of Child Safety case was Dismissed without any finding of Abuse or Neglect. Our Managing Family Law Partner, Nicholas Boca, was subsequently featured on the T.V. show Inside Edition. 
• Brittney Griner: WNBA Basketball player for the Phoenix Mercury regarding a high-profile criminal allegation which resulted in a subsequent Divorce and Child Support case.
• Thomas Beatie: The successful Reversal of a Ruling regarding the internationally famous “Pregnant Man”, who was being denied a Divorce and equitable Child Custody by a Judge who had erroneously held that a Transgender male’s marriage to a woman was an Illegal Same-Sex Marriage. Our Founding Partner, David Cantor, along with Thomas Beatie, subsequently appeared on the T.V. show Anderson Cooper Live!
• In re marriage of Mr. C. and Mrs. C.: Successfully secured a settlement in which the opposing party received only $6.9M of a $34M estate, after requesting half of the total estate’s value.
• In re marriage of Mr. D. and Mrs. D.: Achieved a $5 million non-modifiable Spousal Maintenance award for our client, complementing a large asset distribution.
• Jason Beck: The high-profile “Turn-Down” of Homicide Charges against a Peoria man who was being falsely accused of pushing his estranged wife out of a moving vehicle, which resulted in her death. The Child was returned home to Mr. Beck, and the Department of Child Safety case was closed. This case was featured on the front page of the Arizona Republic, and on all local T.V. news Channels. 
• In re marriage of Mr. L. and Mrs. L.: Successfully secured a $3 million “Waste Claim” for our client, the wife, in addition to a substantial Spousal Maintenance award.
• Antonetti v. Westerhausen: In this significant Published Legal Decision, we prevailed in a complex family law matter involving a UCCJEA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act) issue, where the Court had to determine the appropriate jurisdiction for a Child Custody dispute across multiple states, and Tunisia. 
• In re the matter of J.K. v. S.B.: After contentious litigation, we successfully combated false allegations of Sexual Abuse with an award of Joint Legal Decision-Making Authority and Equal Parenting Time, with an award of attorney’s fees in our client’s favor.  
• A.T. Administrative Appeal Win: After years of investigation, the Department of Child Safety erroneously substantiated allegations of Abuse and Neglect against a licensed nurse of nearly 20 years. When then overcame the state’s very low legal burden of “Probable Cause” to prove that there was No Abuse or Neglect, protecting this nurse’s license and livelihood. 
• Dr. Nancy Lee: The high-profile “Turn-Down” of First-Degree Murder Charges against a Scottsdale woman falsely accused of shooting her husband 3 times while he lay in bed, and instead having the death ruled as a suicide. Our Managing Family Law partner, Nicholas Boca, deposed the Lead Investigating Detective, which led to the Prosecution’s Declining Charges. This case was featured on the front page of Arizona Republic, and on all local T.V. Channels.
