Stacia Brocco is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over two decades of experience spanning human resources, talent acquisition, event strategy, and operations management. Recognized for her entrepreneurial mindset and relationship-first approach, she has consistently delivered measurable outcomes across industries including hospitality, real estate, education, and nonprofit sectors.

Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at DM Cantor Criminal Law Practice, Stacia leads HR strategy and organizational development initiatives. Previously, she was Area Director of HR for Levy’s Motorsports Division, where she managed multi-state staffing, recruitment, and HR operations for Nascar, while implementing innovative technologies and cost-saving strategies. 

Stacia has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as M Culinary Concepts, The Apollo Education Group, and the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, where she managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls, led high-performing teams, and produced events for thousands of guests. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, technical aptitude, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Armed with an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in English Literature from Arizona State University, Stacia pairs analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. She’s a seasoned traveler, having visited over 96 countries, and is actively involved in her community as a board member and advocate.
