Desirae Santa Cruz was raised in Phoenix, Arizona and earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude, with a minor in Public Service and Public Policy. She also holds a certificate in Domestic Violence and Evidence-Based Practice from ASU.

Prior to joining DM Cantor’s Family Law Practice, Desirae worked in fast-paced environments where attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork were essential. In her current role, Desirae supports attorneys, paralegals, and staff by ensuring legal documents are accurately prepared, organized, and processed efficiently. She also assists with translating communications for Spanish-speaking clients across the firm’s three practice areas. 

Outside of the office, Desirae enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making time for loved ones. She also enjoys caring for her dogs, tending to her houseplants, and maintaining a balanced, wellness-focused lifestyle.
