Luis was born in Mexico City, where he lived until the age of 10. Soon after, he and his family moved to Anaheim, California, to be closer to most of their relatives. After a couple of years, Luis moved to Phoenix, Arizona, which has been his home for the past nine years. Following high school, he attended Phoenix College and obtained his associate degree in forensic science. More recently, Luis graduated from an ABA-Approved paralegal program, where he discovered his love and interest in the legal field. 

Before joining Cantor Law Group, Luis worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital as a Laboratory Specialist in the Transplant Clinic. In that role, he developed strong customer service and problem-solving skills, including quickly and accurately answering phone calls. In his spare time, Luis enjoys going to the gym, reading, and exploring the best coffee shops in town. He also has a very needy shih tzu named Koko!
