Born and raised in Minnesota, Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from Hamline University in St. Paul before relocating to Arizona to pursue his legal education.

After completing law school, Daniel began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. In this role, he represented the Department of Child Safety, gaining substantial courtroom experience and a deep understanding of Juvenile Law, including cases involving child abuse and neglect, guardianships, adoptions, dependencies, and termination of parental rights.

At DM Cantor Family Law Practice, Daniel represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, complex property division, business valuations, paternity disputes, high-conflict parenting time and legal decision-making disputes, child support, and spousal maintenance disputes. He also handles cases involving relocation, orders of protection, injunctions against harassment, and interstate child custody (UCCJEA) and child support (UIFSA) disputes.
