Natalie Lugo is a Southern California native who grew up in West Covina, California. She attended college in Gainesville at the University of Florida, where she obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degree. Natalie also played Division I softball at the University of Florida and was on the Gators softball team for five years.

After finishing her softball career while starting her first year of graduate school, she went on to work as an Executive Assistant for the Student-Athlete Enhancement Program in the University of Florida Athletic Department. After a year and a half as an executive assistant, Natalie has relocated to the Phoenix area and has joined Cantor Law Group as part of the Administrative Assistant team!

At Cantor Law Group, Natalie works with the administrative team to ensure the office flows smoothly and that the Attorneys and Paralegals have what they need. Her main roles include inventory and stocking of office and kitchen supplies, documenting correspondence, and processing emails.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys being around friends and family, whether it’s in social settings or a night in. She also loves to cook, try new recipes, and experience new restaurants. Additionally, pickleball has become a post-student-athlete hobby that she has come to thoroughly enjoy during her spare time.
