Born in Los Angeles, California, Megan Hawkins moved to Scottsdale, Arizona at a young age and has proudly called Arizona home ever since. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During her time at ASU, Megan was a member of the university’s cheerleading program, where she developed teamwork, discipline and perseverance that continue to shape her personal and professional life.

For nearly 15 years, Megan has been proud to serve Arizona’s legal community through leadership, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for helping others. As an accomplished legal industry professional, she has extensive experience in law firm administration, business operations, marketing, business development, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in helping law firms grow, supporting high performing teams, and developing efficient systems that contribute to long-term success. Over the course of her career, Megan has overseen firm operations, financial management, marketing initiatives and strategic growth efforts. She is passionate about leadership, professional development and fostering a positive workplace culture built on collation, integrity and continuous improvement.

At DM Cantor, Megan serves as Director of Operations where she oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative functions. Drawing on nearly 15 years of experience in the Arizona legal industry, she is dedicated to creating efficient systems, supporting team development and supporting a positive workplace that allows both employees and the firm to thrive.

Outside of the office, Megan’s greatest joy is being a mother. She loves spending quality time with her daughter and believes parenthood has strengthened her resilience, perspective and appreciation for life’s most important moments. Megan enjoys cooking, practicing Pilates, staying active and making memories with family and friends.
