Elisabeth Ori
Estates and Trusts Attorney
Elisabeth Ori is a dedicated estate planning attorney committed to helping individuals and families protect what matters most—providing peace of mind through thoughtful, customized planning. She works closely with each client to understand their goals and values, crafting tailored strategies that safeguard their legacy and loved ones. In addition to estate planning, Elisabeth practices in probate and estate administration and advises on business entity formation.
A Chicago native, Elisabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in English from DePaul University and her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, she completed several internships, including in the legal department at Playboy Enterprises’ corporate headquarters. She also received formal training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, an experience that enhances her ability to navigate sensitive family dynamics in estate planning.
Elisabeth began her legal career in civil litigation, representing CNA Insurance Company clients in insurance defense matters and gaining substantial courtroom experience. She later managed a regional legal staffing team for a national corporation before opening her own firm, representing clients in estate planning cases, corporate, real estate, and family law. After becoming licensed in Arizona in 2021, she practiced with a litigation firm in matters involving complex medical negligence and product liability defense before devoting her practice exclusively to estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
Elisabeth believes that the practice of law is, at its core, about people—understanding their goals, easing their concerns, and crafting solutions that bring clarity, security, and peace. At Cantor Law Group, she continues this mission by guiding clients through some of life’s most important legal decisions with compassion and skill.
Outside the office, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her four (almost) grown children, practicing yoga, enjoying athletic activities outdoors, and supporting the arts. A lifelong Chicago sports fan who now also cheers for the Suns, she loves to travel, seek out new adventures, and discover restaurants off the beaten path.

Nik and Robin did an amazing job helping a friend of mine through her divorce!!Posted on Josephine JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Most like everyone else I didn’t know who to get to represent me in my divorce. With so many lawyers to choose from how do you know who is right. I just happen to find Cantor Law Group just by searching divorce lawyers and I am so happy I picked them. When I went to my consultation from the time I walked in to the time I left I knew I had made the right decision. From the receptionist to the assistant to meeting and talking with Caleb McKay I felt welcomed and that they are there to help me. Anytime I needed to contact Caleb or his assistant I could and hear back either the same day or the next day. There were times I felt overwhelmed especially in the beginning with all the paperwork but they helped me out tremendous. Caleb and his staff were in constant contact with me and never made me feel lost or left out. They made sure I knew what the next step was and ready for it. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend Cantor Law Group
