Daniel Wilcox
Partner / Director of Client Relations
Daniel Wilcox is a dedicated and skilled trial attorney, focusing exclusively on Family Law and Juvenile Law. Daniel is a Board-Certified Family Law Specialist, a prestigious designation awarded by the Arizona State Bar. This certification recognizes his extensive experience in family law and legal education. The process also includes a peer review, ensuring that only attorneys with skill and professionalism earn this distinction.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from Hamline University in St. Paul before relocating to Arizona to pursue his legal education.
After completing law school, Daniel began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. In this role, he represented the Department of Child Safety, gaining substantial courtroom experience and a deep understanding of Juvenile Law, including cases involving child abuse and neglect, guardianships, adoptions, dependencies, and termination of parental rights.
At Cantor Law Group, Daniel represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, complex property division, business valuations, paternity disputes, high-conflict parenting time and legal decision-making disputes, child support, and spousal maintenance disputes. He also handles cases involving relocation, orders of protection, injunctions against harassment, and interstate child custody (UCCJEA) and child support (UIFSA) disputes.
Daniel’s trial experience spans all stages of litigation, from pre-trial motions to post-trial hearings. Beyond his extensive trial background, Daniel values a collaborative approach when possible. He works closely with clients to explore amicable solutions that prioritize the best interests of all parties—particularly children. Daniel enjoys helping clients reach lasting agreements that minimize conflict and foster long-term stability. He brings both empathy and confidence to every case he handles, taking the time to thoroughly explain each legal option. This ensures his clients make informed decisions, feel confident throughout the process, and are empowered to achieve their goals.
Outside the courtroom, Daniel enjoys spending time with his husband, their daughter, and their two dogs.

Most like everyone else I didn’t know who to get to represent me in my divorce. With so many lawyers to choose from how do you know who is right. I just happen to find Cantor Law Group just by searching divorce lawyers and I am so happy I picked them. When I went to my consultation from the time I walked in to the time I left I knew I had made the right decision. From the receptionist to the assistant to meeting and talking with Caleb McKay I felt welcomed and that they are there to help me. Anytime I needed to contact Caleb or his assistant I could and hear back either the same day or the next day. There were times I felt overwhelmed especially in the beginning with all the paperwork but they helped me out tremendous. Caleb and his staff were in constant contact with me and never made me feel lost or left out. They made sure I knew what the next step was and ready for it. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend Cantor Law Group
