Andrea always strives to be a reliable and committed advocate to her clients during some of the most difficult times of their lives. Andrea will work tirelessly to be responsive, thorough, and make legal decisions with reason and care. Andrea will always work to achieve the best outcome possible for her clients.
“Amazing Lawyer. I would highly recommend Andrea to handle my family law and juvenile law matters. She has years of experience and will handle your case with professionalism and care.”
Andrea received her undergraduate degree in Broadcasting Journalism from the University of Arizona and her Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in English Education. She went on to receive her law degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and had the opportunity to spend her summers in the Washington D.C. area as a law intern.
After coming back to Arizona, Andrea began her career as an Administrative Law Judge presiding and deciding Unemployment Appeals. Andrea then transitioned to the Attorney General’s Office where she handled hundreds of trials, mediations, and court hearings. After her time with the state, she transitioned to Maricopa County Legal Advocate Office where she represented children in Juvenile Court, removed as part of a DCS cases. She is very comfortable and confident in the courtroom, providing skilled and knowledgeable representation for her clients in that setting. Her comfortability and experience in the courtroom gives her an advantage over other attorneys in this field, which results in better outcomes and peace of mind for her clients.
Andrea focuses her practice on all juvenile matters (including adoptions, terminations and guardianships), as well as dissolutions of marriage, legal separation, child support, paternity, parenting time, legal decision-making (formerly “custody”), spousal maintenance, modifications and enforcement of existing orders, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, relocation, orders of protection, and injunctions against harassment.
Andrea is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association as well as the State Bar of Arizona.
While she is not practicing law, Andrea enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and dog Penny, and enjoys traveling, concerts, cooking, playing the piano, and time with extended family.
