Hi, How Can We Help You?

Ariel Cohn

Ariel Cohn

Family Law Attorney

Ari is a family law attorney in Phoenix, Arizona with Cantor Law Group, a premier Arizona family law firm located in downtown Phoenix within steps of the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has helped a great many clients overcome thorny family law problems, including divorce, child custody, child support, orders of protection, spousal maintenance, grandparents’ rights, and similar issues. Ari has also helped people reach voluntary agreements so that they can move on with their lives, and he has handled hotly contested litigation, which calls for fighting with tooth and nail.

Prior to starting at Cantor Law Group, Ari’s law practice focused primarily in Pinal, Maricopa, and Gila counties. He has conducted trials in more than a half-dozen county Superior Courts throughout Arizona. Whether you are in Navajo County or Yuma County, Ari can be there to help.

Ari is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, but has lived in Arizona for nearly 15 years. In law school, Ari was chosen to serve on the highly prestigious Law Review. He received a CALI Award for being at the top of his class in legal research and writing, and was admitted to the Dean’s List for every semester he attended.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Ari earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, and then went to work his way across the country as a newspaper reporter, earning awards from the California Newspaper Publishers’ Association and the Arizona Newspaper Association. At one point, Ari served as the lead daytime national news producer for Clear Channel Communication’s in-house news wire, managing a stable of reporters and editors. Ari has been an on-air news analyst on both radio and television. In 2010, Ari served as Press Secretary on an election campaign for Arizona governor. He has also been a guest lecturer for college journalism classes.

In Ari’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with family: his Wife, eight-year-old son, and three-year-old daughter.
