Tiffany Villegas, affectionately known as “Vee,” is a proud Phoenix native with a deep-rooted passion for helping others. As the eldest of three siblings, she embraced her role as a “big sister,” always stepping up to support and guide her younger brothers. This natural inclination to nurture and assist others has been a defining trait throughout her life.

With more than 15 years of experience in the legal field, Vee has dedicated her career to making a difference in people’s lives. She joined the firm in 2016 as a receptionist and, through hard work and a series of promotions, found her true calling. Today, she serves as the Director of Human Resources, where she leads with heart and expertise.

In her role, Vee’s days are filled with energy and variety. From recruiting top talent and facilitating training programs to fostering strong employee relations, she thrives on being involved and providing support wherever it’s needed.

Outside the office, Vee treasures quality time with her family and loves sneaking away for weekend adventures. A passionate sports enthusiast, she proudly cheers for all Arizona teams, especially the Arizona Cardinals. As a self-proclaimed foodie, Vee enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and exploring the diverse culinary scene across the valley.
